Jessica has created a group training program that is what you expect to get from a personal trainer but in a small group setting. These group classes hit on all components of fitness, cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, agility, flexibility, core and stability. She has come up with a methodology of training called “JFit360”. This style of training incorporates many functional movements that will help an individual with everyday life.
How she implements this into a group setting is everything is on a timed interval so everyone can go at their own pace to keep their proper form and posture while performing the movement. Jessica always allows for modifications and levels of difficulty for each exercise to accommodate to everyone’s fitness needs and levels.
The group classes are very cardio driven with lots of high intensity interval training (HIIT) placed throughout the workout. How cardio is implemented is through functional movements and body weighted exercises such as a squat jump. As always if that doesn’t work for someone modifications can and will be shown. Remember the purpose of fitness is to feel better and stronger NOT to hurt the body!
The groups are a great way to stay motivated and have fun while working out. A group of people can and will bring energy to help push you past your limits and get the results you are looing for!
